For good reasons, the pumpkin spice latte has become a cultural association with fall-time since Starbucks made it a seasonal drink on the menu in 2003. Believe it or not, I actually never even tried Starbuck’s PSL. However, I have heard all the rave about it and decided to make my own homemade version since harvesting my own huge pumpkin this year. I do not enjoy overly-sweet drinks and chose to experiment with the flavors of pumpkin pie and espresso myself. I currently have two large jars of pumpkin puree in my fridge and have been experimenting with all the pumpkin recipes, pumpkin pie included. This latte turned out so good, even my husband enjoyed it. I couldn’t resist sharing the recipe!
