Ingredients
- 1 cup milk(any kind works)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to Make Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Be sure to mix well so that there aren’t any lumps of chia seeds.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and stir again. You can eat the pudding already or leave it in the fridge until you need.
- Serve the chocolate chia seed pudding just the way it is, or top it with some whipped cream and strawberries.
