I made a fresh simmer pot using lemon and lavender this week and loved how it made my home smell! Here where I live, we’ve been enjoying beautiful days filled with sunshine, birds chirping, flowers budding, and bees buzzing! I absolutely love spring and wanted to start off showing you some of my spring shots from this week!

I have a beautiful chamomile bouquet sitting on my table from a baby shower that we threw my sister last week. I have been impressed with how long it has been sitting on the table looking pretty! Also, my beets are doing really well in the garden and I can’t wait to harvest it. It’s my first time growing beets so I’m curious how it will turn out. Since I live in California, I have been enjoying seeing our beautiful state flower-the poppy blooming all over the yard. Lastly, my son has been excited to pick our first sweet peas of the season. Spring is here but I am afraid it might get cold again. I will enjoy these days as long as they last!
