Method
- Place all of the ingredients into a wide-mouth mason jar.
- Using an immersion blender, start blending all of the ingredients at the bottom of the jar.
- Once it starts thickening at the bottom, start moving the immersion blender up to incorporate all of the oil into the mayonnaise.
- Enjoy your homemade mayonnaise!
Notes
*if your mayonnaise doesn't thicken how it's supposed to, just add another egg and try again. This usually happens when the immersion blender is moved up too quickly.
